You will define and shape our homologation long-term strategy for Rail International
-
You execute the strategy roadmap together with the team to build up robust homologation philosophies across the value chain -> sollten wir hier nicht konkreter werden – z.B. dass es erstmal um einen Einsatz geht und parallel Design-Entwicklungen stattfinden?

You supervise the homologation process and ensure that requirements are anticipated during the value chain and assess risks throughout the project duration

You evaluate homologation risks and workout potential strategies to ensure project success

You support the team in executing their work-streams in order to grow the business
Your Profile
-
Degree in Engineering or similar with relevant technical experiences
-
3+ years of relevant working experience; in homologation sector
-
Relevant engineering qualification and ability to understand and interpret relevant technical publications / reports

You understand that homologation is a key business element for growing
-
Ability to manage projects and to drive others to meet project deadlines

Strong analytical critical-thinking skills and a high affinity for rolling-stock

Fluent in German and English, further language skills relevant to the market Rail International is a plus
